Starting in the St. Paul Crocus Hill area in 1919, Tony Muska and two brothers began Muska Bros. Electric Co. to begin a lighting tradition that has lasted over two generations. In the years that followed, his diligent hard work and timely lighting service allowed him to continue to grow his company and change his business to reflect American lighting needs. The company had gone through two name changes when his son, Bill Muska, joined on in 1946.

Bill created a show room in the 1950s. Then, in 1986, Bill sold Muska Electric to the dedicated employees who help to shape his company into the valued center for lighting it became. To continue the Muska Electric tradition of lighting excellence, the company created the Industrial and Commercial Division with a focus on taking care of businesses that need exceptional products for their clients in Minnesota, the Nation and throughout the globe. Our two divisions now focus on both business as well as home lighting needs.

With a 20,000 square foot facility, the Muska Lighting Industrial and Commercial Division has the capacity and dedicated personnel providing better service and a wider selection of lighting products than ever. Muska Lighting has expanded capabilities and inventory to efficiently and effectively get your lighting orders shipped promptly. The Industrial and Commercial Division headquarters is open for business helping our clients with improved product lines and exceptional service. Our mission is to serve our clients with current lighting information, to recommend and ship only the highest quality lighting products, to provide expert consultation for lighting projects, to meet or exceed client expectations and to offer the best possible value for the cost.

Future goals
